White Rabbit in Platoon (ganja smoking scene).
And whenever I hear Stuck in the Middle With You by Stealer's Wheel... I think of Reservoir Dogs and that brutal scene that makes you cringe."My brain's a good brain!"0 -
Skyfall by Adele in last Bond movie.Another habit says it's in love with you
Another habit says its long overdue
Another habit like an unwanted friend

Apocalypse now is damn good with the music- The End by the doors...
To be honest the series Rescue Me and Miami Vice were amazing at integrating music perfectly0 -

I'm making a list of the best uses of music in film, rules being it must be a piece of music previously released so it can't be recorded for that soundtrack specifically. If you can link a video to it as well.
It can't just be a good song used in a film like SOLAT in Singles, but it should've been used in a creative or witty way.
Three I can think of just now being 'Don't Stop Me Now' from Shaun Of The Dead.

'Tiny Dancer' from Almost Famous

And the best is 'Hip To Be Square' from American Psycho.

yeah....almost famous, american psycho, and goodfellas = i don't think there are other movies who utilized their music selections any better.
tiny dancer is my fav from almost famous
maybe an odd choice, but frosty the snowman by the ronnettes in goodfellas, when they are celebrating the lufthanza heist is my favorite there
and the phil collins scene in american psycho "do you like phil collins?" good stuff.
