The second show was sold out long before I even knew it was on, so I guess many people missed out. Not sure if there will be a pit on the second show but just being there is what matters. Re the many comments on the scamble for tickets then finding them available at double the price and more on ticket sites. Thank god for 10C I wish they would increase the space to add more bodies and hope exchanges then go through at face value and not the rip off prices the fans are forced to pay.

This is of importance to all the Dutchies who tried paying for their tickets using iDEAL and who have an ING bank account. It appears that there was unscheduled maintenance on the iDEAL/ING site, which resulted in the payments not (or too late) being sent to Ticketmaster.nl. As a consequence those ticket transactions were never completed! :shock:

BTW, to check if everything did go OK go to Mijn Account (after you've logged in) and then 'Transacties Bekijken'. If everything's OK then your PJ ticket transactions should be visible in there.

Yes, only for the Dutch who have a bank account with the ING and tried paying through the iDEAL system (direct bank transaction). There was no problem with other banks, credit cards and payments from outside the Netherlands.

Remember when Kelly Curtis did a Q&A after the 2012 tickets fiasco?

Here's what he said regarding the second nights they added to a few shows with no previous warning:

"let me try again...i can tell I either missed the point of this question or didn't answer it clearly. this is an industry standard, not something specific to the way i do it. there are some cities where i think we might be able to play more than one show, but I don't assume that until after we put the first show up for sale, and we see what the demand is. (there are exceptions to this rule...of course...there are some cities where we know for sure there will be demand for multiple shows so we put them both up at once. but more often i am making the decision in real time.) if the first show sells out and it seems like there is demand for a second show, i will approve for another show to go on sale right after the first one sells out or looks like it is going to.

Not only they didn't warn about the possibility of a second night (again!), but the show isn't even listed on the website. The casual fan that got the newsletter with the tour news and just checks the website from time to time won't have a clue that there is a second show in Amsterdam.

You are correct. Not only have they not said a word about it, but it has sold out! So when they do "announce" it, what will they say?

"Due to incredible demand, we added a second show in Amsterdam last week, but if this is news to you, here is some more...it's sold out and you are S.O.L."
