Membership is up for renewal today

I want to renew but I never got my single in the mail, my membership package or my copy of Deep magazine. I paid $40.00 and my address is correct. What gives? :shock:

    Are you refering to the 2013 holiday single? That won't ship until May 2014 probably...

    Otherwise, email tenclub about the rest. Digital version of Deep mag is in "My Subscriptions" section.

    but you get a hard copy in the mail, correct?
