Looking at making an online purchase from POPmarket. Does anybody have any comments on their packaging standards etc. or on other merchants in this field.

    Soundstage direct is my favorite.....great packaging and prices

    I ordered a Soundgarden box set and it came impeccably packaged so USPS couldn't destroy it.

    I've never had an issue with PopMarket. Vinyl came in pristine condition.

    Never had any problems, they box albums up well! Soundstage is great too!!
    Cant buy what i want cause its free....

    Have made many purchases from Popmarket and have only had one bad experience.
    Purchased Foo Fighters bundle and when I got them it looked like the were run over by the UPS truck. The albums were not packed very well, they were just stacked up inside a regular box.
    It took about a week of sending emails and posting comments on their site before they got back to me. Once they finally did they sent out a new set that was very well packaged (like all other purchases had been) and I got to keep the original shipment. So all in all they are pretty good to deal with but their customer service is just so-so.
