Yes, probably.
The difference in price of the replacement red and the red in the original packaging is kind of stunning and ridiculous btw. Replacements are going in the $200 range on eBay, while the last one that went in the original jacket (so opened and played once to ensure it was okay) went for over $400. That is so dumb - makes no sense.

That guy would have been smarter to buy another LB vinyl for $35 and include the sleeve and the other "guts" of the packaging.

Exactly. Sellers and buyers beware. Do NOT buy one that is double the price just because it's in a jacket that you can get for $35, or sell one out of the jacket.
