It's going to be really hot in Perth when Eddie's shows are on...any suggestions on what to do in Perth in 37-38 degree weather?

Seems to be a lot of Perth tickets floating around and some on ebay are very reasonable ... be interesting to see what prices do for the other shows over the next few weeks. There is also a cheap opera house ticket ending soon on ebay, i think prices will come back down the closer to the show we get

Yep, a lot of people are selling tickets to Perth on gumtree too...it's good to see that some people are selling for face-value too .

I'm still looking for a Feb 12th ticket...hopefully one comes up .

Emm, somebody on gumtree listed 2 Palais Theatre tickets for 18th Feb...the price wasn't mentioned, but the seller said they are open to even trading something of value or they will accept reasonable offers. Not sure what their idea of reasonable is, so I won't post the link, but it was listed on gumtree 2 hours ago if you want to look.

Hi Emma, Kings Park is beautiful and shady and overlooks the city and the river - perfect place to relax with a picnic and a bottle of wine. Anywhere indoors will be air conditioned so shopping in Forrest Chase is an option - cool off in the 'fountain' there and drinks at the Aviary bar above the Perth train station. Or train into Fremantle for the street culture and convict built architecture. Head down to fishing boat harbour for fish and chips and a small stretch of beach. For beach - I recommend Cottlesloe as there is shady parkland directly above the beach so you can retreat from the searing heat after a swim. Drinks and (not cheap) meals overlooking the beach at Indiana's ( this is where Heath Ledger's wake was held - RIP Heath) or drinks and counter meals at the hotel across the road. Mx

Still looking for 2 tickets for EV in Melbourne

I'm flying in to Melbourne in Feb with my gf all the way from Germany next month, and would really love to take her to EV on the 18th or 19th Feb at the Palais...neither of us have seen his solo show before, and I was going to surprise her by getting tickets (didn't have luck of the draw with 10C tickets, and got screwed by Ticketbastard)..if anyone can help make that happen still, you'll be making two people the happiest of clams and our trip extra memorable (esp. in her case since it'll be her first time in Aus)!!
