Ed Ved solo - sit or stand?

Just curious - at these theatre shows, from your experience, do people sit or stand?

    I went to the Santa Barbara show in CA this past spring and everyone stood to welcome Eddie. He told everyone to sit down and enjoy. No one stood the whole time even though I was on the edge of my seat wanting to rise up, especially during "I Am Mine" He concluded the 1st set with Porch which he went off on and everyone stood for that. Then he came back and played a few more. Then concluded the show with "Hard Sun" with the opening act and Ben Harper. Everyone rose up for that whole song. All in all you sit and listen to the show. Its awesome though because he talks to you about life and shares stories you don't usually see at a big concert.

    I vote stand, but everyone sits.
