I loved Garbage pail kids. I cant believe I didnt hold on to them. They tried to bring them back I think a few years ago but they were tame in comparison.

Im happy to hold onto my spare Vault Vinyl. I sure it will hold better value over the years. Its beautifully packaged, sound is great, great show and unlikely to be repressed ever. Prices may be higher at the moment for red LB etc. but these will drop as they are only colored variants of a widely available record. vault 3 could well be up there nearer to Benny in years to come.

Was listening to this today - I mean, fuck! This is probably one of the best vinyl's they've released. The packaging, the show itself, the sound. They did it up right! Present Tense alone worth the cost. Just see it being offered up as bait so willingly makes me sad, because it really does sound fantastic on the ol' turntable!

Yep - have a new set up where the studio was. It had been sitting around for months - just not as much time to let the records play but since Ames is getting a bit easier to handle, we sit in here and listen together 8-)

Vault #3 was my first ever show and I wouldn't trade it for all 2,000 Bennys/Colored PJ20s/Red Lightning Bolt etc.

Call me crazy but I believe my ($50) Vault #3 was intended specifically for me and carries a priceless designation.

Only thing cooler than your first show being released on vinyl was being at the show in the first place :D

  • Man that's amazing to have any show you were at, let alone your first show, be released on vinyl.

Totally get what you're saying about these things being used as leverage for trades or just to make some bucks, they're constantly on here. Glad you're doing with it what they are meant for; spinning!
I was asleep at the wheel when they went on sale. Eventually I will spin one myself.
