Arc and 2003 bootlegs??

I am about to hopefully purchase Fargo and Montreal boots for 2003.

I am keen to listen to arc on both of these - the song appears on the set list but does not appear to be on the CD boots?.

Could anybody help me out as to what the story is here - has Arc been deliberately left off recordings due to What happened in 2000

I was at the Montreal show and can say for certain it's not on the official boot.

they left them off out of respect.

it was only for the people in attendance.

arc was only played 9 times by Pearl Jam to commemorate those lost.

Ed played it on his solo tour in 2008 however.

I saw Eddie play it at his London show in 2012 - a moving experience
