Where can I find artwork for the 2000 bootleg series?

Hi, I'm looking for high quality scans of the cover art from the 2000 tour series, If anyone could kindly point me in the right direction it would be greatly appreciated.

Also if anyone has the 2003 series that would also be awesome. Thanks!
