I really like and appreciate the live performances that KEXP hosts and it's a very cool station, but I find their list at least a bit disappointing.  I by no means would call myself the best judge of music- to me, what we like is a personal thing and no one can claim to be better at saying what is best or good or what isn't, etc.  But to see none of the 5 albums I listed on the other  "best of 2024" thread on this list of 100?  I know I can't be that far off in what I like.  Not that it's a big damn deal, I'm just surprised.
The other thing I found odd was them putting Nada Surf's Moon Mirror clear down to number 80.  That album is not on my list, but only because I don't have it yet (Christmas present, maybe, lol!), but I've heard enough of it and read enough about it (thank you, The Big Takever!) to know it surely must rank higher than 80.

I think this list puts me mildly to shame for not keeping up better with contemporary music, lol!  But the good news is that I like researching music I'm not familiar with, so this should be fun and keep me busy for a while, thank you!
