    just phoned them......dont have a timescale on tickets being put up. they do say it will probs be sorted today though

    and she said it was likely my order went through despite not getting a confirmation, if my bank says charges are pending woo!!

    so anyone else with bank charges but no confirmation, this could be good news!!:)
