notification options

Hi, I signed up last week, about 6 seconds too late to buy that Mad Season vinyl, and I believe i unchecked the 2 notification options on the sign up page. I don't see anyplace to update my notification preferences. Am i just missing it?
Basically i do not want "Pearl Jam News Emails" but i do want " Pearl Jam Product Emails.
