10C reserved seats - what are they like?

Hey! Just moved here from Australia and very excited to be seeing PJ tonight in my new home town of Portland. If Australian shows are anything to go by, this is going to be one fantastic night!

I was just wondering what the 10C reserved seats have been like so far? I've been very lucky in Australia to always get within 10 - 15 rows from the front but know it will be very different tonight with the GA pit and the lower membership numbers.

This tour, my reserved seats were in a section off to the side - ex: here: http://seatgeek.com/blog/wp-content/upl ... eating.gif I was 114 row 2. Is this what you mean? My # is 5 digits, if that helps.

Previous tours (no pit) I was always 3rd row. Previous to the lottery of the 1st & 2nd rows, I was always row 1.

Thanks! Yes, a big move indeed but it's all worth it!

We ended up with fantastic seats, front row on Mike's side. What a show!!! Can't wait for the Vancouver, BC show in a few days.

Out of curiosity, what's your # (I assume it's 5 digits) - first 2 digits is enough info... I am ALWAYS on Stone's side and always wonder how they decide who is seated on what side. Mine is 64,xxx.

My number is 42xxxx (6 digits). Other shows in Australia I have been on the floor on Mike's side too - so maybe there is some kind of system. I'm heading to the Vancouver, BC show on Wednesday night so will let you know if we get similar seats :)

We 10C members wouldn't know what they feel like...we are typically standing up during the show. :D

On a more serious note...I have 225xxx and was about halfway back on Stone's side in Hartford. We had a great view of the band.

You see me empty, Sir, do not pause and inquire, simply assume and refill.

I was really happy with my reserved 10C seats on this tour. I was only able to get 10C seats for one show on this tour (LA1) but I was second row in Loge 30 at the LA Sports Arena. On Stone's side and very close to the stage.

    My 10C # is 229,xxx

Hope you get some good seats. Welcome to the States.

  • My number is 112,89X. In Phoenix I was row A Stones side section 110.
In Portland I was Stone's side again Row D, section 111.

Great seats! I think Mike side vs Stone side is essentially a math equation. Rows and seats are ranked by how desirable they are and then given out in seniority order. Surely it's random which side you are on, or at least a function of a system like that.

I just want to be on Mike's side once or twice! Maybe I need to find someone to trade me :)

Well, we were very lucky again and scored seats on the floor - Stone's side row 8 with seats right at the end of the aisle. Two seats in front of us were spare so we didn't have to worry about avoiding heads for a view :)

The Vancouver show was amazing, loved the setlist and the venue was fantastic - so much better than anything we have in Australia.

Thanks for the welcome messages too, we are loving Portland and can't wait to see more of this wonderful country!
