Maybe I had too much acid as a kid but I definitely saw Pearl Jam at Eastern Creek Raceway (Sydney) in 1995 or 96 and have since confirmed this with friends - but cant remember the date.

In the setlist area I cant find it anywhere but it does show 2 'Sydney Entertainment Centre' shows.

Can anyone help me out of this trip?

41,000 people!!! that is just sick. sounds like an awesome show. i remember i had a real bad recording of this.

03/11/95 - Eastern Creek Raceway: Sydney, Australia [130m]
    attendance: 41,000
soundcheck: Dissident, Glorified G (probably incomplete)
    support act: The Meanies
set: Last Exit, Animal, Spin the Black Circle, Even Flow, Corduroy, Not for You/(Improv), Elderly Woman, Go, Jeremy, Why Go, State of Love and Trust, Jack Irons chant/Daughter/(Hey Hey, My My), Whipping, I Got Shit, Rearviewmirror/Jam, Alive, Blood, Black, Satan's Bed/Improv, Better Man, Immortality, Porch, Indifference, Rockin' in the Free World
notes: Ed solos 'Throw Your Arms Around Me,' a Hunters and Collectors cover, prior to The Meanies' set, calling it "... an Australian song" and he's sporting a wig! Ed, experiencing throat problems, sips hot tea and says they won't play until the crowd gets some water. ("I'd give you some of this but it's hot tea.") The Meanies' singer joins PJ in 'RitFW.'

Yeah the setlist stunned me when I found it the other day. Top stuff.

Unfortunately I dont remember anything except for getting bogged in the carpark and muddy clothes. Oh and millions of joints being passed around

    Which part do you love???

Please tell me its the 'like' bit. Then you can come on my worldwide crusade to stop people saying like. Its even spread here to Australia (I blame the yanks :D) and even now to the older/more mature generation.

I swear Im gonna do a PHD on it one day.
