I hope they will....they should do Sweden at least and Roskilde would be amazing in a way. But man... I dont have money for more concerts... not even Sweden and it´s where I live :)

Would gladly have switched my Wembley ticket for Sweden or Norway (because of the travel expanse) :)

After belgium on the 29th of june, they could play a regular gig in Paris
    or
more probably "les eurockéennes de belfort" : huge festival in France (29 june til 1st of july) and not far from belgium....
Still waiting for a gig in Paris (in a venue not a festival) since 2006...
    Spin, spin !!

    Marseille + Paris 2006
    London + Werchter 2007
    Arras + Belfast 2010
    Arras 2012
    Paris Lollapalooza 2022

If they add more dates (except a few festivals, Oxygen, T in the Park, Italy), then I'll have to kill em and rob a bank. Bastards.

    And by the way,
I know for a fact that Werchter organized its festival a week earlier than all past years and not the same weekend as Roskilde because they really, really wanted to fit PJ's tour itinerary. I would be very surprised if PJ stays in Europe till July 10th or something.

I very much doubt they would play Glasgow a couple of days after Scotland's biggest music festival to be honest. I hope they actually play T in the Park because ill be going to that hopefully.
People say im paranoid. Well, they dont say it, but i know that's what they are thinking.

Maybe thats the reason they had to organize Werchter earlier this year:
cause PJ is planning doing more shows later and are nagotiating with those dates planned for Werchter originally... :D
Who knows. Wait and see. ;)

You're right there. Could be. But to come back to it, I think it's pretty cool that Werchter organized its whole festival a week earlier than normal just to include Pearl Jam on their bill. Makes me kinda proud, in a strange way. :)

you're leaving too much of a gap for a start.

1 July either Eurockéenes de Belfort or Hyde Park Calling
    3 July Quart, Norway
4 or 5 July, ok stockholm maybe..or 6th and RuisRock...but then not the following 2:
    7 July Oxegen
8 July T in the Park (they always go together)
    11 July Budapest
    12 July Zagreb
    15 July Iceland

but frankly, apart from the 1st wich is very possible, I don't believe any of that.

as for Roskilde, they're playing Denmark with a proper date..and apart from the fact they might find it too hard to play it, I don't think they're on the best terms with the organisers after those tried to put the blame on them!!

I don't really think they'll play Roskilde. At least not this time around. They're playing in Denmark just a week before, and surely if they wanted to they could just have saved the denmark-show for Roskilde? Besides, Roskilde has this kind of "law" where they aren't taking in big international bands who's played in Denmark the same year, and definetly not one who's played only a couple of days before.

AND, Quart is nowhere near as big as it used to be. I think Hovefestivalen probably would have been the only one where Pearl Jam would "fit in", but their booking-manager has already said that Pearl Jam are focusing on other Scandinavian countries this time around.. So another show in Denmark or Norway is highly doubtfull IMO.

    I hope I'm not correct :o

eh, what the heck, i'll be spending two weeks in denmark this summer to see pearl jam and hanging around on Roskilde. It'll be killer:D

I keep my fingers crossed for the Irish bros, Slane would be another turning point and top of their carreer!!! But it does not count where they show up in Eire, that will kick ass for sure!

I like this list, Budapest and Zagreb would be fabulous, I am pretty sure!!!!
But I gave up hoping for the former city...
You know guys, our promoters have fucked up a Pearl Jam show in Budapest in 2000, that was the only show that was cancelled because of technical issues and I'm afraid it's not likely they'd come back, I have accepted that I have to travel abroad to see/hear them...especially after waiting for them to come back for 10 years IN VAIN....
Although in Holland Jeff talked to me a bit of a future Hungarian show ...Anyway, money does not matter for a poor Eastern European teacher like me if it's Pearl Jam!!!!!!!!!

I like Sids idea, PULA is the ideal place for a warm and special show this year, I've been there and I must say that arena is a pretty spectacular venue!!!!!!!!!

Thank you :) and will we be seeing you there? :) Here's hoping for Slane indeed but I'll be happy with anywhere.

I saw Budapest on a travel programme last night and it looked really really nice.

Few days ago a guy at Polish radio station was mumbling something like this: "Chorzow and Katowice are not the same, June and July are not the same, Silesian Stadium and Spodek are not the same. Can't tell you more, because it's not confirmed yet."

He mentioned a date: 3rd July. We thought he was talking about Tori Amos' concert, but now... Who knows?

I don't believe anything of that anyway. Or I just don't want to ;)
