Seen a couple on ebay. Where did these come from? How did people get them? Disappointed our 10C versions weren't red vinyl.

    They were randomly inserted in 10 c orders

    I ended up seeing that in the ebay description of one. I got 2 from the Ten Club and 1 from a record store. I opened the RS version and it was black. Now I want to open my two 10C ones but I was wanting to keep those sealed. Decisions, decisions....

    All 10C versions should have been red or the people who preordered. RNDM sold nlack vinyl and then dold it as orange. Maybe they will list a limited run of red to buy.

    As far as I know, which isn't much, the random red vinyl was limited to the 10c orders, but maybe some went to record stores too. Crack those TC versions open! But don't blame me if they're boring old black :lol:

    Wish I didn't open the record store one so I could have kept that sealed. Then it would have been a no brainer.

    Well I pre-ordered 2 copies on July 12, 2013 through the 10c and neither one are red vinyl. Both of these are the early editions that survived shipping, etc as PJ had to re-issue and kinda recall some for cover and inner sleeve damage. I would assume they are "first pressings" as early as I ordered them.
    My first "Backspacer" vinyl had a 1" scratch across it when I opened it, so i had to buy another.

    My two 10C ones were black vinyl from the preorder. I bought a red vinyl replacement one (in paper sleeve only) off ebay for $180 late last year. Would have preferred to got the whole LP with red vinyl.

    Do we even have an idea of how many of these are floating around? I didn't think it would sell for that much in a paper sleeve.

    No clue how many were made. No way to know unless 10C tells us, which they won't (for some reason).
    Wow, $180 for the replacement?! That's a rip off. I sold an original red one with all the bells and whistles for $125.00 plus shipping last month.

    Not many floating around on eBay anymore. It will end up being like the white backspacer.

    Mine went on eBay last week for $99.95 plus postage. I'm happy with the black and someone else having my red.

    I received a red Lightning Bolt in my record store day mystery vinyl package. I'd be willing to trade it because I already have it in black (so I'd actually trade one or the other). PM me with any offers if interested!!
