Phoenix GA question

I'm going to the Phoenix show tonight and have 10C GA tickets. I had reserved at Wrigley and Philly 1 so i have a few questions about GA. First, is the 10C GA section separate from the non-10C GA or is it one big section? The seating chart makes it look like GA takes up half the floor. Second, if we don't want to get there too early and don't feel the need to be right in front is there a decent amount of room left if we arrive an hour before they take the stage? I'm a die hard fan but I managed to bring my wife to this show and she's a fan but probably doesn't want to be too jammed into the GA section. Thanks!
