She wondered why
it never occurred to him that
she wanted love and a life with him
rather than this status quo

she had previously hoped
he would want to be with her
in a real way!!!
but eventually, she had realized
that was not ever gonna happen

She had tried to talk to him
a thousand times
explain how unbalanced this was
but, he didn't realize she was in mortal danger
didn't realize that her heart was getting more and more
exhausted by this lack of growth

don't people usually grow together or apart?
we weren't ever getting closer in real life!
Love is the only thing connecting us
