Sorry if it's been talked about already but I just heard this and I wanna know if there's any truth to it. Is it true that Eddie said in a couple of concerts that PJ would be back next year touring? I didn't get tickets for Dublin this year and I don't wat to have to wait another 8 years for them to come! Any news on it?

Don't hold your breath... Ed says that at the end of lots of shows. From the sound of things right now, expect a break after the Australia/Hawaii legs and after that, who knows? But Europe next year? I'd bet you a DC poster it ain't gonna happen ;)

  • I'd say no. It looked like it was going to happen but with the latest news from Mike's "camp" at best it would be late 2007 if anything at all.

    I wish!

He said it at the end of Zagreb show, I heard him with my own ears, and didn't take it seriously at all.
But who knows, maybe they'll come just on a vacation in Croatia next summer and do a little performance here! :D

If you believe Eddie's words during concerts, PJ is either coming back to your city next year or never playing again.

It's just not the most reliable source for tour information. :)

  • Even before they started out on this tour, a couple of them were reported in interviews as saying that They would make the decision to tour next year or not after Australia.

I'd say that when Ed made those comments backstage at Reading and whenever that the decision hadn't been made but as someone else said, with the latest news Mike, it sounds like the decision has now most likely been made that they will not be back here anytime in the near future.

I think we should hope that after the ecstatic reaction they got in Europe, we may get a tour with the next album, rather than the album after that. I'm confident we'll see them again in Europe, but probably not till 2008 or 2009

I´m hoping for it as I live in Denmark, and the northern part of Europe should have a tour itself sometime. But really I think the guys deserve a break. It´s been a long tour and it must be quite tough going through a tour as they have, and it´s not even over yet! I guess they need to take a break. Everybody needs to do do something else sometimes, no matter what they do, and love!
Most of the guys are married now, have families etc. I kinda wish they will put the tour-thing to rest after OZ, and then take some time off, and then come back powerful again! Whether it will be "in-between tours" or after a new studio album. I just want so see them again! I´m glad that I went to Berlin and Athens, ´cause I won´t hope too much for a Euro return in the spring of 2007.
