Killer Photos from Melb 3

Was in the front row next to heyjose... best night of my life! Unbelievable experience. Heard the guitars straight from their amps, the drums straight from the kit, eddies voice straight out of the fold back and it sounded as if the entire crowd was singing to us! Now i have a slight idea of what it sounds like for the band to hear the entire arena singing along!
Dreams are now meaningless as nothing will ever compare to that experience!!

Near the end of the set eddie pointed at my pink floyd t-shirt, winked, smiled, gave me a thumbs up then passed me the wine bottle which he had just skulled.

(my apologies to the two ladies in the seats behind me who's jumpers i so rudely pulled off my chair during kings of leon's set)

Pity Brad decided to turn his head around to work the crowd just as Ed ran past.

It's such a great experience doing this tour with everyone. I keep thinking, crap, what the hell am I gonna have to do to get over all this when it's finished?

Awesome photos!

What an amazing night. I was in row S, front and centre and had the best time. Spent the first two shows on each side near the stage, but nothing beats being on the floor in front. One major difference i noticed was the lighting effects from the front was so much more intense. All in all it was an amazing week. Wish i had the time to do like some of the hardcore fans and follow them around Aust, maybe next time.

Thanks to boys for putting on an amazing show x 3. Don't know how U2 on sunday night is going to be able to compete

Like my five shows in Italy were not enough this year :rolleyes: , I guess it is like Eddie once said 'some people they always want a little bit more'. from what i can gather, the text at the top probably read "For Eddie with Aloha". At the bottom is says "2004 Pinot Noir van der Kamp Vineyard"

Melbourne 3 was amazing.
Its been Yonks!!! Since I have seen them live- yes I know slack as!
Restored my faith…. Not that I had ever lost it!
It made me remember several things- how much power and presence these blokes have, and I am so glad they use it for good and not evil.
I STILL love Jeff Ament after all these years that never goes away. If only he loved me back... Sigh! hee hee!
The 50 cent game was hilarious! both Eddie and Stone havin a crack at it. Good to see Eddie come through with the large skulling of red wine after failing at the 50 cent game. It’s a hard game to master!
Oh Yeah and then there was the music!
