GA policy/procedures?

I'm sorry if this topic has already been covered elsewhere, but I was unable to find it anywhere on the board.
I have a pair of GA tickets for one of the upcoming west coast shows. The e-mail that I received from the Ten Club says that 10C ticket distribution begins at 2:30 pm the day of the show, and that GA ticket holders may enter the venue through any door. For those that have already been to shows and gone through this, how was it been working? One the ticket distribution begins, have people been scattering to different doors, trying to be the first (or one of the first) in each one to get a good spot on the floor, and then running through the venue once the doors open (at 6:30, according to the same e-mail)? Have they in fact been letting GA ticket holders in every door, or, like at many other concerts, are there specific doors designated for those with floor access? Is there anything else you've experienced with GA tickets that you think we should know about?

We also did the number first in line-first in venue thing..
Ga line will form during the day( or at night
This is a great way to meet fellow jammers and spend some time and was for sure one of the highlights for me
