Well, looking for 2 also now. Obviously GA then Reserve then anywhere in order of preference. Most likely cash offer, but may have my 2nd GA for Port or Spok available. If you're going to be in Phx you're welcome to throw some washers in the parking lot with us and drink any beers for free. If you're in this weekend I could show you some excellent hiking trails.
