    that's the thing. a little heads-up on the sale would have been nice. the newsletter came in at a time when I didn't have the ability to check my email.

    The newsletter came in just after 10am PST on the 10th day of the month, like it always comes. That's more than enough heads-up. Next month be prepared.
    How long has this been going on and how have I not noticed it was a "thing"?

    Well, amongst all the useless petitions and song request threads there has been threads about the 10th day emails. That's how I got reminded about it a few days ago.

    Wouldn't quite say that people "missed out." I think people are upset they weren't really given an honest chance. It's like tickets. Why should anyone from 10C be shut out of something?

    People definitely missed out. I just heard about this 10 minutes ago. 10C email is horribly sporadic. I never received any notification of this sale. Even if everyone had received the notification, some of us have lives, careers, families, etc that prohibit us from being online at the specified time to order this.

    How is 10C limited merchandise any different than tickets? Why is the limited merchandise “first come first serve” and tickets are done via a lottery? The inconsistency makes no sense. I would love to hear an explanation from our lottery lovers, but I don’t expect it, since they’ve been dodging this question for months.
