A new appreciation for Pearl Jam

Although I am a hardcore fan, I found a new appreciation for Pearl Jam today when I was trying to buy tickets to the Police.
At least for the Denver show, Police tickets went on sale at 10 a.m. MST today and were sold out in 10 minutes. I immediately went to eBay and noticed a shitload of tickets for sale, in some cases at 3 times face value.
One ticket broker had purchased 8 $50 tickets and sold them in 4 auctions, making a total of $1,138.50.
I'm appreciative that Pearl Jam made all fan club tickets available as will call tickets so that people who actually wanted to see the shows could get tickets at reasonable prices and not pay exorbitant fees on eBay because eBay, Ticketmaster and these resellers are all whores.
