Beans are important for quality chili.

Girlfriend made a huge batch Wed. simmering all night in the slow cooker. Feasted Halloween night (it's tradition), chili dogs on Fri., took Sat. off, more chili tonight maybe with rice. Tomorrow, probably chili on a loaded baked potato and we'll still have a ton leftover. At the end of the week I typically say no more, never again, but we'll do it again next year.

I hate beans. If I'm making beef chili, ill cube some stewing meat and throw it in the pot for the texture.
  • Love the turkey option. Makes me feel like less of a fat ass while I pile cheese and sour cream on...

Chili farts are the best. The beans also help this.

elk is hard to come by here but I've combined beef, bison and pork sausage in one pot. It was amazing

    Should use both!

This is a very tasty vegetarian chili recipe:

Never thought cocoa and cinnamon in chili would taste good but hey, I was wrong!
