We are so Lucky!!!

To be fans of such an amazing band.
Just taking an opportunity to reflect at the end of another amazing tour leg.
I attended the much talked about Charlotte show. I am constantly amazed at the consistency of quality shows our guys perform year after year. I have seen hundreds of shows in my time(not all PJ of course)and am constantly amazed at the dignity in which our guys have maintained throughout their career.
Just think about it. For a guy who came of age during a wonderful time for music(92-96), there isn't a single band who has continuously produced such great studio albums and live shows. We are truly blessed to still have them around.
I just have a strange feeling that this tour might be it for a while. And though I hope I am wrong I still feel like I need to express my heartfelt appreciation for all that this band has meant to me over the years. I literally grew up with them as the soundtrack to my life. And even now the themes/lyrics still reasonate with me.
As a new father I can relate to many songs on the new record. I know many of you feel the same way. That is the mark of true poets. They capture the zeitgeist of all of us.

Thank you to the band, 10 club, and all the fans that have shared this wonderful run so far...and here's hoping there are many more to come!!!!
