Been over 10 years since this song has been played. You never know how the first time will sound? I remember the first time they played "Why Go" in 2006, it was rough.

    I thought it sounded terrible.

Listen to Berlin 11/3/1996. That's how it should sound.

I was there...I thought it sounded pretty bad. I was really happy to hear it, and it was really cool that they played it...but it honestly sounded like shit.

wow, ok..so maybe its 50-50 cause mostly all of us on MIkes side agree that that shit sounded pretty on point. Many people were talkin bout the sound sytem there not being great afterwards so maybe it was where you sat?

I've watched that second clip from Youtube about 10 times in a row, and while it doesn't reach Berlin '96 status, it still sounded really good. I loved that extended jam. Just had that kinda arty rock flair that was present from No Code to Riot Act that I really enjoy. I hope they play it in Columbia on Monday.

I was in the middle section, closer to Mike's side in row S. I also went to the Tampa show. My thoughts are the band was a little off in West Palm and the sound system wasn't that great either, because Tampa was an all-around kick ass show. The band seemed a lot tighter and the sound system was better.

    Satan's Bed at Hershey... OOF!

As long as they play it a few more times, it'll get better. I think musically it was good, but Ed seemed a little off. Still, I would/will buy the boot just for that song. Here's hoping for Who You Are in Camden this coming week!

And it was even rougher, the roughest, when they first played it after 8 years in DC 2003...sounded pretty good by the time they played it in Boston. ;)

Satan's Bed in State College....awesome and hilarious. I was so psyched when they started it and by the end I wished they'd just have practiced it a teensy more. But one of those awesome songs to actually be present for after 8 years of not playing it.

I read all of your feed back and I think Its just okay. Not great but not too bad either. I have heard Ed sound worse. I got ripped for saying this before but sometimes Ed yodels to much. He has a great voice but just sometimes he almost tries to hard or something. Hard to explain.

does anyone think that because of the whole verizon deal, that all of the rare songs will only be played once each night? Like who you are was played, then they used it to be one of the ringtones, i think they wont play it again because they have about one rare song for each concert for verizon.

It does sound a bit "off", but I'd be happy to hear it none the less.

oh no shit! lol I was row Q seat 20..nice
agreed tho...there were moments where the sound was a lil weird, but me being caught up in the moment of never hearing it, I fuckin loved it...guess it was as perfect as its gonna get for being played the 1st time in yrs. Theyve buthchered other songs worse like others have mentioned in attepmts to bring em back, so WYA compared to those was pretty flawless.
Yea tampa kicked much ass tho :D
