A note to remind us all!

There are phrases like:
"Tomorrow's another day"
and
"Anything can happen today"
or
"You never know what tomorrow will bring"
or
"Today can be whatever you make of it"

and, they may all sound like Tired Cliches
but, in a very real and deep way,
THEY ARE NOT
every day we are alive we can have the energy of hope
to help see opportunities and
act in new ways
every single day, with every breath
we have the chance to change our future!

that's the joy we can't forget
hope isn't foolish!
hope keeps hearts open
and eyes open to possibilities and beauty
and so, I love hopeful people
I am a hopeful person, and a seeker of joy on my best days
and
I NEED open, hopeful hearts to keep me company!

  • Well said. Though the phrases may seem tired or overdone, it doesn't make them any less important for people when they need to hear it and need that little bit of a lift.
