No CD still

Anyone else still waiting for their 10 c version of the CD to arrive.? I checked my order history and it says 'warehouse' still.... This is a bit of an insane delay in that they've not even shipped it yet and it's been released 2 weeks now :( I pre-ordered in July..
I know there was an issue with the vinyl but this is just the CD.

    Mine shipped October 5. But I am in Manila. It usually takes 4 to 8 weeks to arrive here.

    Mine still says warehouse too. I emailed 10C last week and got the generic email:

    INT CD presale orders shipped 10/8/13 when we received stock from the manufacturer.
    INT VINYL presale orders shipped 10/10/13 when we received stock from the manufacturer.
    Download links are in your order history. Click "VIEW" by order number and you'll find the links.
    Normal transit time is 10-14 business days.

    Still waiting on mine, but I read on another thread that some Australians have strated receiving their CD & Vinyl this week, so fingers crossed we get ours soon

    10C Pulled it off this time. I got it this morning. I received it less than a month from shipping date. I hope you have yours already!

    I only got mine on Friday.

    I live in Canada though. I'm pretty used to things taking a few weeks to arrive from the US. It was a few days more the standard 10 bus. day, but not like I hadn't seen that before.
