Got wrong fan club tickets for Charlottesville?

158xxx member# picked up my tickets and they gave me sec1 on the floor, which I thought were ok not great, then started talking to fellow members that had higher numbers and were getting side stage tickets within 15 rows, soi went back and in fact they said another last name was really close to mine. So they got with someone from 10c and said that my tickets got mixed up so they gave me 114 row t. At least I'm in the building.
