Help, Help! TC Ticket Pick Up (ID only?)

Seriously stupid question considering number of shows attended,
but it's been a while, and my specific "freak out" prompting this is the fact that my stupid tenclub membership is tied to an old AOL email address that I have been locked out of for a few years. So I have no access to my "confirmation email".

From my hazy recollection of years past, it has been, bring your ID and your confirmation, but they never seemed to give a shit about the paper, just the ID.

Can someone CONFIRM what they are looking at for ticket pickup? My NAME, right? please god say my name.

i just showed my ID, and then had to sign the envelope the tickets were in (for them to keep). no credit card or email confirm needed (at least in worcester)

i'm sure if i went through the rigamaroll over the phone or something it would be possilbe,
but the wording on the website about changing your "registered" email address indicates the requirement for you to have a verification email sent to your current email address in order to change it to a new one.
pretty hard to do if you can't access your old email account. (i don't know if my old account was hacked, or if aol just fucked me over or what, since their customer service = jack shit)
