My shadow left me long ago...

I've just realized what Ed is talking about in this Pendulum line: "Zombies"! :o

I remember during my Master year a co-student drew a person in 3D Studio Max without adding the shadow effect. Then our lecturer advised us to design a shadowless character only if we want to create a zombie. Those are the only creatures who don't have a shadow. ;)

So, it's like the main subject of the song is starting to turn into a living-dead. Now go buy a Halloween t-shirt! :)

    Well, actually you wouldn't have a shadow in a place with light coming from everywhere, like the future described in the song.

    But considering everything has to do with zombies nowadays, I might be getting it wrong :lol:
