I feel like an asshole too, as others will be delighted with these dates. It's luck of the draw, and I'll get my turn. I got amazingly lucky with dates in 2012.

I feel for you though - if you were visiting Europe, Leeds and Milton Keynes are hardly up there on the map!! I still feel they could play one of the 2 big London festivals - Hard Rock Calling or British Summer Time - so please still hold out hope for that! :-)

I'm gonna admit to being a dumbass American here and face the wrath of the boards, but I've never even heard of Milton Keynes.
I am definitely hoping they add some more dates. In the meantime I'm trying to figure out if I should consider skipping a couple shows.

The town Milton Keynes itself is really... nowhere... No offense to anyone who lives there (they'd maybe agree!)

However, Pearl Jam will be playing the Milton Keynes Bowl, which has some significance in rock history! Famous acts who have played there include Foo Fighters, Queen ("Live at the Bowl"), and Green Day ("Bullet in a Bible")... It's fairly massive, outdoors (bring your waterproofs), and can hold up to 65,000!

Its a 65000 capacity outdoor bowl, will they really fill that ?

Who knows! If not, I'd rule out any further UK dates so they can sell those tickets....

    :eh:

If they do add dates it's not going to be until after the 10c drawing though and these tickets are too expensive to be leaving at the will call window.

I'm thinking Amsterdam, Milan, Berlin, maybe Stockholm and then the UK dates. No offense to the cities in between. Luckily the airfare between cities is cheaper than the damn 10c tickets.
Seriously wtf is up with that?
Then I guess I'll just have to go see Glasgow and Dublin WITHOUT PJ :lol:8-)

Milton Keynes is an odd choice but a great venue, I'm happy and hopefully they will add another date in the UK??

I have actually eliminated MK from my bids as it just way too expensive.

MK will not be in any travel guides. Ever.

I have a massive hangover, where do I need to go to put in for tickets?

    I may be sick soon.

Right, gone for Berlin, Amsterdam and Leeds.

I'm still laughing at the inclusion of Milton Keynes...I bet that one turns out to be the show of the tour.

AH WELL no Glastonbury AGAIN never mind ah :fp: :fp:
  • Milton fucking Keynes... what the hell? Someone tell the band not to bother leaving their hotel when they're there. I really hope we get an additional date in London in an arena, but I doubt it. I appreciate I shouldn't be complaining.
