I have carved a few in the past and I plan on doing one tomorrow. Quick question for you guys. Do you just use the standard pumpkin carving kit that you can get in stores? I have used those the last few years and my carving knife always seems to break. Thought about going to Home Depot and picking up a knife there. Heard some people use drywall knives and they work great

I carved my first pumpkin this year. I printed the stickmanout, stuck it to the pumpkin and punched holes around it with a sewing needle. Then I carved it with a cutter. It worked.

Haven't carved one of my own in years, but my kids and husband were doing some so I joined in this year. Hand cramp!

Wow! These are all awesome! Hubby is a Halloween freak, so we usually carve 10 or more pumpkins a year. This year we got lazy and haven't carved any yet. This thread has inspired us, so we will try to carve a PJ one or two tomorrow.

The pic is too big, but that is a pretty sweet looking pumpkin  The pics have to be less than 480 pixels wide to be postable here. Just rightclick on the pic and copy the image URL, then click in your commentary box here on "Img" and paste the image link into the brackets et voilà!
