A bigger "thud" on my doormat than usual and immediately I jump up: Lightning Bolt??? Cd? Maybe even vinyl?
But no, some workrelated papers. Grrr 10club, it has been 11 days after release and 21 days since you told me you shipped the stuff.
I recall the posting of a bragging video about how awesome your shipping methods are.
When one's not from the US it seems just plain silly to order new releases.

Psssh.."our fans expect to receive their stuff yesterday..." Not really, but tis is pushing decent customerpatience

    Yeahhh.. got my vinyl yesterday and was very disappointed skips and pops not even close to listenable. I now have to write an email like a lot of other people to get a new copy... Waiting game begins again.... :fp:

    Haven't gotten my pre-ordered LB CD yet... I placed the order months ago how can they not order enough copies? My order still says "Warehouse"... thank god they let you DL day of release

    Well, I order from the 10c because of the cool perks like special packaging and bonuscontent. Also to directly support the band without funding big commercial recordstorechains.
    Sadly with all this lateness and the absolute lack of extra's makes the support feel very much like one way traffic.
