I emailed asking them... and got this back.

Ten Club ticket distribution will start at 5pm and will end at 7pm. Fan club members with wristbands will be allowed into the venue at 7:15pm before doors open to the public.

So does this mean we can just rock up at 5pm to pick the tickets straight up and then just join a sepearte queue??

was about to post, as I also just received the email answering my query.

whole thing:

Ten Club ticket distribution will begin at 5pm and end at 7pm. Fan club
members with wristbands will be allowed into the venue at 7:15pm before the
doors open to the public.

Tickets can be collected at the box office and the Ten Club entrance will be
separate from the public doors. Information will be given when you pick up
your tickets and wristbands.

There will not be a special fan club section inside the venue, so you must
collect the wristbands before the doors open to the public to get in early
and get your spot on the floor in the venue.

i got the same message. i hope we get a different queue. in this case, hasta manana, barcelona!

i have not recieved my barcelona and madrid mails, maybe i got a problem with my tickets? or the mails you recieved are answering a mail that you sent to the 10c?
