Is there a lottery this year?

I've heard there isn't but I think I may of won it on Tuesday. I joined up in 2005. For Brooklyn 2 i was right where i would expect to be for my senioity. last section on the floor section 6. Creeped up a bit in that section from last time I saw them in 2010. I went to Philly 2 on Tuesday and I was section 2 row 12 center. Section 2 is the first middle section in the floor directly behind the GA section. So I was 12 row center for the seated section. I'm pretty dam sure i must of won the lottery. Are they still doing rows 1 and 2, and like 11 and 12 like they did in tours passed before the GA?

    Perhaps? Although I didn't see any mention of it in the confirmation e-mails. Usually they mention it.

    But I have seen inklings of people saying that people with "higher" numbers in some cases seem to have been placed in better seats?
