Ticket barcode issue question

Hey All,

I have a set of tickets ordered directly from the XL Center for the show tomorrow. The perforated bar code which is scanned and tore off at the door came apart from the rest of the ticket at the perforation (my fault). I have the entire ticket, nothing is damaged, barcode is intact, it is just separated at the perforation. I'm wondering if this will be an issue getting in. The set of tickets has my name on it, and as long as I have the entire ticket and it will scan I don't think it will be an issue. I just wanted to see if anyone on here had any similar experiences, specifically at the XL in Hartford.

Its happened to me even berfore barcodes and didnot have a problem, i would think worry if i was in your spot.
  • Just go to the ticket window early. They can cancel your current barcode and reprint your ticket if necessary. Nothing to sweat, just don't make it a last minute thing in case there is a line. They will not be as accommodating at the very last minute.
  • Thanks guys, thats kind of what I figured.

    Any more input?

There may be issues scanning the actual ticket, which is why I think going to the box office with plenty of time to spare is the way to go. That will avoid getting stuck at the ticket scanner. Ultimately he will get in, but would be good if he gets in without missing a few songs :)
