A few questions for Seattle locals
We are coming up there for the Dec 6 PJ show.
As tourists who do not plan to have a car, are we better served staying around Pikes Place, or the Seattle Center? I prefer to have places to eat/browse when I step outside of my hotel.
We plan on seeing the sites on Saturday, so I wonder if the light rail/local busses will suffice in getting us around?
Thanks

There is a nice hotel located right by the pike place market called The Inn at the market. all of the rooms have a view of the puget sound. It is a small hotel. Awesome location, lots of resteraunts within walking distance. At night, though, the area can be a bit sketchy, just a heads upSeattle 2000, Las Vegas 2003, Portland 2009, Seattle(EV) 2011, Portland 20130
