Anyone ever been to concert at first Mariner? Looks a lot smaller than New York or Philly. Maybe the floor seats res won't be so bad. Or maybe there aren't any res on the floor?

  • I've been to many shows/events there. It''s a smaller venue, 14,000 max capacity... one end open, so I believe there is no seating behind the stage. It's on the older side, but definitely a nice, intimate arena... so much as arenas can be intimate :)

    Can't wait for Sunday!

Yeah very small place I went once, the 200s are basically an extension of the 100 level

How is section 102 -- is it really side stage or in front a bit -- at Barclays those sections were actually awesome? Looking forward to the show after New York and Philly shows.

Can't remember what section it was, but 10+ years ago I saw U2 from the top row in a section near a corner at the far end from the stage (i.e. the furthest away you could be from the band) and it was still decent. Definitely better than the worst seat would have been in most other arenas.
