ISO: Hartford pair

I'm looking for a 10C Hartford pair for a couple of dear friends. They are expecting their first child in the spring. They lost out in the lottery and with their financial situation being tight they gave up the search. I want to buy the tickets for them and surprise them with a night out to see their favorite band while they still have the freedom to do so.
