OK, question about the Vic show. Why is it in four parts? It looks like all 31 tracks are in Part 1 and there are several repeats in parts 2, 3, and 4. Am I missing something? Besides my brain?

Wanted to say thanks for the help with the FLAC files.

Also wanted to thak the big dogs (I'm Gone, LeatherMosquitoMan, etc.) for convincing me to try the FLAC files. Never wanted to before because I'm not a memeber at Megaupload so it take a couple of days to download all the parts, but now that I've listened to the Vic show both ways I'm through with the mp3s. Sound quality is a huge improvement.

  • Every time I try to download that FLAC encoder thing It wont let me save it. It says choose a destination for where you want to save the plugin, I then choose a spot but OK is still blanked out. I'm fine with Mp3's but I know the FLAC would sound better. It's just those 92 shows that sound really crappy, I downloaded Moore Theater 92 and it sounded like cell phone clip.

  • Hi all...

Anyone here have this show currently available on any of the filesharing sites such as MegaUL /Sendspace/YouSendit?...all links I have dug up for this show seem to be dead...if you have a live one or would be willing to re-up it for me I would be forever grateful. It's the last I need to complete the '03 tour...

    Thanks

I'll upload it for you and have it up tomorrow

  • Question: Since the New Year's Eve show is an official release, how do you get your hands on it now? I see all of the other "official" releases on Amazon and even at the store. I have never seen New Years eve anywhere else. Since it is an official release I'm guessing it is a pretty good show, someone please help me out.

    Thanks

By the Way, I can't wait to download that Dusseldorf 07 show, look at that setlist! wow

I really want to perfect how to use this FLAC because the sound quality is kind of poor on the VIC Mp3, Do I have to downlaod Winamp first and then the plugin? Because, everytime I download the plugin from the link posted a page back it doesn't let me save it in a folder, obviously something is wrong.

go to the 1992 bootleg section and there you will find the New Years Eve show you are seeking. This is a FLAC version.

As for FLACs I would recommend downloading FLAC Frontend. You can drag the FLAC files into that and decode them to WAV files and burn a CD.

Heres a link to download it... http://www.pcadvisor.co.uk/downloads/index.cfm?categoryID=1479&itemID=23938
  • Alright thanks a lot I'm going to try my best to work all of this shit out. I really want to hear some of these great shows the way they were supposed to be heard.

Question: Is this version redone / remixed from the one that was available @320kbps or just re-encoded?

Thanks for all the effort and good work!

Ohh and btw how is the quality of the Nijmegen recording?

  • I've seen around the board that people are very disapointed with it, but I could be wrong.

Y'know, you remind me of a poem I can't remember, and a song that may never have existed, and a place I'm not sure I've ever been to.

  • Here's that Detroit 6-26-03 that was requested...

    http://www.sendspace.com/file/5x9d30

Also, somebody wanted the last song from the 8-30-00 Boston show. I was going to try and hook that up, until I noticed that the final 2 songs on mine are screwed up, they cut out about half way through. So if anybody can put up Last Kiss and RITFW from that 8-30-00 show, I would appreciate it.

Also, is there a link to the 8-12-00 Tampa show on this thread anywhere? There are so many pages, I found one but it no longer worked.
