the energy there was great, rvm as opener was hell unleashed. amazing even flow. apart from that show was nothing but a HUGE DISAPOINTMENT. they played only 90 minutes. everyone was pretty much let down by the shortness of setlist and the whole show. this wasnt a festival and i think this will come down in pj history as their shortest concert a long long time.

Dude, they had no choice about when they finished unfortunately. The start of their set was delayed by the opening bands/organizers and they had to finish at 11pm sharp no matter what time they started. So, blame them, not the band.

So yeah, it sucks that it seems it was short but the band apparently wanted to play longer but weren't allowed to by the organizers.

dude, read my post again and if you will find me blaming the band there then i will clean your shoes :), you know, this was my first show and i expected a normal show not this, thats all im sayin. i know it was because of the curfew, but they could at least have said a little "sorry".
plus if you have 4 bands on the list and one of them playing a normal full show you know for sure that there will be delays.

Why would they not play their scheduled opener at least?
Because they adapted their set to make it a harder rocking show to compensate for the shows duration, Realese wouldn't have fitted in with the improvised set. Plus I've seen the setlist with my own two eyes, they were the songs.

hmmm, i guess it's all a matter of opinion. But we're only 4 shows into the tour and we've had:

4 different openers, including a Rearviewmirror opener (not happened since San Bernadino '00)

Debut of 'No More' at a proper show

Down, Present Tense, Sad, Blood, Throw Your Hatred Down all at the same show.

    Nothingman (a rarity these days)

    Indifference (also fairly rare)

And we've only had four shows, so in my opinion the tour is off to a blazing start!

Damn... Alone and Sad would've been awesome (yes, I am into Lost Dogs right now ;)). But the setlist, although short on time was nothing short of amazing. So god-damn rocking.

EDIT: And yea, are they making official bootlegs of this tour as well? I presume (and hope) so.. Especially since there seemed to be mics on stage pointed at the crowd, why else would they do that apart from recording for a bootleg?

Yeah, could not agree more. Never thought they could be so energetic and so on fire, and yes the set was short on time but ... I finally heard 'nothingman' life... that really made my day.
Next stop Wembley... hope they rock there like they did last night.

They're not doing any official bootlegs for this tour (at this stage, anyway).

The band record all of their shows and have done since the early 90's.
