So I got 10c reserved seats to Philly 2, Baltimore, Charlottesville, and Charlotte. I just had a baby a little earlier than expected so I won't be able to travel to the shows. Does anyone know if there is any possible way to have 10c tickets transferred to another 10c member? I hate to have all the tickets go to waste!! Thanks!

The supposed situation is that you can surrender the tickets to 10 club, but they decide who they transfer them to.

How/when/who they decide gets the tickets...no one knows

  • Thanks everyone. I just emailed them so I will see what they say.
  • My wife and I have reached out to the ten club because of something similar and they actually insulted us with our "options" and they have NOT been very understanding of our situation and we have been members for over 10 years.

We put in for shows near us in NY and of course got nothing and put in for Seattle as well and ended up winning Seattle. Of course we put in for Seattle before we found we were pregnant with our first child and I've been out of work recently so we could really use a refund or resell of the ticket (for face). I contacted 10 club to tell them our situation that we can't fly to Seattle in Dec. and I was told my options getting sent a souvenir of the tickets of the show I'd be missing! (how depressing?) or I could allow them to upgrade someone else into my seats for free! That won't pay for my credit card bill. But, selling them for face to another 10 club member on here would however! or they could take care of the transaction. I don't care but a ticket of a show I missed or giving away my $156 doesn't sit well. I know policy is policy but we also pay yearly membership fees. My "options" were insulting being out of work right now and all.
  • Definitely let us know what they tell you.. I have a feeling you will be SOL too..
  • I was told the same thing.

I'm so sorry to hear this.

There is policy. What about decency?
