Jeremy Tutorial or Tablature

Hey guys, I'm in a cover band that would like to perform Jeremy. Our bassist, drummer, and vocalist have everything down pat, but our lead and rhythm guitarists can't figure things out. Would anyone be able to suggest or provide a good tutorial or tablature for both guitar parts? Thanks.

    Giventowail has the tabs and you can youtube a tutorial. Also play along with the guitar backtracking. That's always helped me.
