I agree with what you are saying here.. I thought it was tasteless to say it was "weak" only a few songs in..
On the other hand, i am surprised so many new songs. Maybe they are getting them out of the way... Boston 1 had a great flow of old and new.. This so far has been LB and a few set list staples..
Im not criticizing at all, simply surprised. Cant wait to see whats next!

Just joining this thread now . . . so I must add that Pendulum opened again??? Ugh. Not liking this trend!!!!! I love the mystique of different openers each night. Don't like this predictability.
On the plus side, those were some crazy soundcheck songs, so there is a chance the encores are epic tonight......

Also did Newark and both NY shows, so i was at the beginning and the end. Totally agree it slows down, but my point above is so many so early in the show..

Trust me. I want to enjoy it too, just seems everyone complains about something on the boards constantly nowadays. If it is not the song, its how some one relays the song. Just gets old I guess.

I don't get the expectations. Been seeing them live since 98 and I'm constantly surprised. Absolutely love what they're doing this tour so far. Can't remember this kind of wackiness in support of a new album ever. I can't wait to see em in LA. Saw Wrigley and I want more Lightning Bolt. Love the album . Love the sets. It's a high water mark for the band. Let's enjoy!
