San Francisco Shows - Pre Party Locations

Just wondering if anyone is planning to meet anywhere prior to any of the San Francsicso shows? I have tix for the 7/16 and 7/18 shows.

I'm going 15th and 16th. Giants game @ SBC in the afternoon of the 15th, concert that night. 2 days in the city, stoked with hotel accomodations. Party/Eat/Drink/ Fo Sho.

I'm down for getting some drinks + what not. I live ~5 blocks away from Bill Graham and can recommend some cool bars to chill in beforehand.

Would anyone be interested in meeting @ Place Pigalle, which is a couple blocks away from Bill Graham before the show?

It's a semi-dive bar w/ couches + pool tables + a good beer selection.

Seeing as the show starts @ 7:30, I'll be sitting around @ PP around 4:30-5. It is a Sunday, after all.

Any consensus? It'll be my first PJ show, solo, so I wouldn't mind meeting a few people over a few beers beforehand.

Also, anyone know what time the shows have been ending? I'd love to take BART, but I'm thinking these guys might be going past midnight

check out http://www.bart.gov for their quicktrip planner.

BART still runs past midnight. Though, depending on where you are going, the last one sometimes leaves between 12:15-12:45

If there are any issues involving people missing last BARTs, I've got a couch.

I can understand the importance of getting home though, seeing it's a Sunday night.

looks like the last east bay train leaves at 12:18 am at civic center - would I be missing too much of the show taking that?
