Value of Import/ Rare CDs

So as I transition to all digital music, the only CDs I kept were all of my Pearl Jam albums. Included with this is a ton of now out of print official bootlegs (2000, 2003 tours) but many European imports that were huge in the early 90's.

Anyone else have a lot of these? They were found all over small indie shops and whatnot back in the day - you still see them on Ebay occasionally. I am wondering if they are worth holding on to or just selling off now. Do you think they will appreciate in value as the years go by?

    All depends on what you have..
    Some promo CDs are worth big $$$
    But most are still easy to find and cheap Have a hunt on ebay your soon work out what's common

    I have a ton of pre-2000 PJ import CD's. Back in the 1990's I went to my local indie record store every other Wednesday which was my payday back then. Loved finding an import CD of a PJ show I didn't already own. The trip to the indie store was the highlight of my week. Back then, the record store employees referred to me as the "PJ Dude". I'd roll in and like Norm heard his name called out when he walked into Cheers....I heard, "Hey, the PJ Dude is here!" :lol:

    Import bootlegs pretty much. I got over 40+ silver CD pressed releases listed on that site. :)

    This was the exact set up with me at my local shop. Every other week when I got paid I'd go over and get something. Was an expensive hobby back then… I think my shop sold all the single disc imports for $25 and the double disc ones for $50. They began to get in everything they could because they knew I'd come buy them all up at some point. Still have them all and listen occasionally, some are in not-so-mint shape sadly from back when I didn't take care of my stuff.
