Any idea what time they'll be available? Is it midnight?

    I'm pretty sure it's midnight. I think I read on facebook or wherever that digital pre-orders will be available as soon as the countdown is over.

    Usually stuff I preorder on iTunes is available around 10 PM Central the Monday night before release date.

    Is it cheating if I listen to the legal download before the actual release date??
